Pricing Plans

This is our basic package designed for those with the technical know-how and/or a desire to take ownership over the website creation process. We will provide a template where you fill in your photos, content, and details about your practice. 

We will take care of the hosting, website safety, and provide guidance on search engine optimization. 

Our designs will take much of the guess work out of making a beautiful website, but you will need to enter content. 

The set-up fee is $299, billed the 15th day of the first month, and the monthly maintenance fee is $49.99.  

This allows you to enter our client portal and interface with us. 

Silver Client Services will be offered a questionnaire that includes key content information for inclusion on your website.  We will then use this questionnaire to create your website based on one of the offered templates.  We’ll also add a scheduling system to your page once you select a scheduling system/EMR.  

Also included is basic search engine optimization where we provide suggestions for improvement. For full search engine optimization that includes monitoring what customers are searching and implementing monthly website adjustments, please see the Gold Plan or ask about A la carte options. 

In addition, with Silver Client Services we’ll provide a logo design with three design revisions. 

The set-up fee is $699, billed the 15th day of the first month, and the monthly maintenance fee is $99.99 a month or yearly with one month free.

For full white glove website creation and ongoing support updating website forms and pages, we suggest the Gold Client Services plan.  Gold Client Services will receive everything included in the silver plan for website creation and integration of scheduling system but will have the option of fully customized website.  In addition, you will receive additional website pages as needed for your business. We will create up to 15 pages, included, with each page additional page beyond that being a la carte. For a fully unique website, this is typically more than sufficient.

Unlike the Bronze and Silver plan, with the Gold plan we will implement monthly updates to continuously improve your search engine optimization through our partner organization, MedSEO. This will help keep your practice near the top of the google search. Note that SEO takes time to build an established practice on search engines, but we will aim to reduce this time for you. 

In addition, with Gold Client Services we’ll provide a logo design with three design revisions. 

We will also help you set-up a HIPAA compliant email and calendar.  *Note additional fees will be required by the email provider.
